Payroll Advisor Location: Wythenshawe Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOEAre you a experienced Payroller with circa 3 years experience within a shared service function?I am currently exclusively patterning with a well-established business that has experienced multiple periods of organic growth in the last few years to appoint multiple Payroll Advisors into their collaborative team.Benefits:

Daily Duties:
  • Processing various pay frequency payrolls in accordance with overtime and company absence policies
  • Processing starters and leavers
  • Inputting variable data including bonus, overtime, commission and salary sacrifice
  • Auditing the system
  • Administrating employee benefits
  • Ensure all PAYE liabilities are met in accordance with HMRC guidelines
  • Ensuring the shared mailbox is monitored and maintained
  • Strong working knowledge of Statutory deductions including Parental leave, SSP and AEO’s
  • Report production to confirm accuracy
  • Liaise with wider teams to ensure accurate processing
  • Participate within payroll projects
  • Ensure accurate and up to date knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements
Required experience:
  • Atleast 3 years end to end payroll experience
  • Experience with manual calculations, TAX and NI
  • Previous knowledge of ADP IHCM desirable
  • Strong computer skills and confident in use of Excel to include V-Lookups and pivot tables
  • Highly numerate
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Can adapt well to changes and updates within the business
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement within a Shared Service environment
