- Manage the entire end-to end payroll process for a diverse workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timelines
- Provide a fast route to query resolution and deal with queries in person and via case management systems
- Liaise with HR to ensure all employee information is up-to-date and accurately reflected in the payroll system
- Prepare and submit payroll reports and documents
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices, implementing necessary adjustments to our processes
- Experienced across inhouse payrolls
- Experience with manual calculations, TAX and NI
- Strong computer skills and confident in use of Excel to include V-Lookups and pivot tables
- Highly numerate
- Excellent attention to detail
- Can adapt well to changes and updates within the business
- Knowledge of continuous improvement within a fast paced environment
