Payroll Advisor Manchester City Centre – Hybrid Salary – Up to £35,000 DOE Axon Moore are partnering with a dynamic and growing business in the centre of Manchester looking to appoint a permanent and full time payroll advisor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that is still growing and will provide the opportunity of endless career progression. We are looking for a dynamic candidate who is experienced across the processing of inhouse payrolls that vary in complexities. As Payroll Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring staff are paid accurately and on time. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end payroll process, from data collection to reporting. Your keen attention to detail and passion for numbers will be key in maintaining payroll system's integrity and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Personal Benefits:

Daily Duties:
  • Manage the entire end-to end payroll process for a diverse workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timelines
  • Provide a fast route to query resolution and deal with queries in person and via case management systems
  • Liaise with HR to ensure all employee information is up-to-date and accurately reflected in the payroll system
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports and documents 
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices, implementing necessary adjustments to our processes
Personal Profile:
  • Experienced across inhouse payrolls
  • Experience with manual calculations, TAX and NI
  • Strong computer skills and confident in use of Excel to include V-Lookups and pivot tables
  • Highly numerate
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Can adapt well to changes and updates within the business
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement within a fast paced environment
