Payroll Assistant
Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to 30,000
Holiday: 23 days + bank holidays
Search is looking for a motivated Payroll Assistant to join our clients finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process payroll transactions and maintain accurate employee records.
* Assist in calculating hours, deductions, and overtime.
* Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
* Support year-end payroll processes and reporting
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in payroll processing or a related role is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
