Your new company

This large private medical organisation is looking for an experienced payroll officer/admin to join their established team, based nationwide with offices across the UK. This company offers flexible hybrid work and an excellent holiday and benefit package.

Your new role

Within your role, you will be part of a large team, working one day in the office and the rest from home. Processing end to end payroll via Workday system. This is a large organisation experience with working in a high volume background is desired. You will need to have a good understanding and know how to manually calculate statutory payments such as SMP/ SSP/ NIC / PAYE etc. Part of the role will also consist of auto enrolment for different pension schemes.Supporting pay-related queries internally and external via HMRC is expected. Therefore, excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role you will need to have worked in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, have an accurate eye for detail and have worked with Workday system or a similar ERP system. As the role comes with great flexibility, only one day in the office, it is expected that excellent communication and self-motivation skills are required. What you'll get in return
