You will be part of a UKI taskforce collaborating with the European and global teams of our client, supporting the HR Services Director and Payroll Manager in reviewing the configuration of payroll to ensure compliance with business requirements.Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and gain a deep understanding of payroll processes.Work with Strada to identify issues and gaps in their testing, ensuring compliance with UK/Ireland legislation.

Write comprehensive testing scenarios in collaboration with the Payroll Manager and HRIS Manager and share them with Strada.

Conduct system testing, identify issues, and provide recommendations for appropriate solutions or enhancements.

Work closely with the Project Director to ensure accountability among all teams and follow up weekly during the taskforce meeting.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):Strong experience in the configuration of payroll.Ability to identify issues and gaps in testing, ensuring compliance with UK/Ireland legislation.Proficiency in writing thorough testing scenarios.Familiarity with Success Factors HR System.Experience working with Strada (formerly known as Alight).Knowledge of operating a payroll software, preferably Eureka powered by SAP.Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):Experience in a multinational organisation.Familiarity with other HR systems and payroll software.
