Your new companyThis global tech-based company is looking for a payroll specialist to join their organisation on an interim basis.Offering hybrid work and excellent benefits, this is an exciting time to be joining this growing organisation.Your new roleProcess end-to-end payroll for UK and Ireland, including tax deductions, pension contributions, and other statutory requirements. Efficiently manage payroll operations using ADP Celergo, ensuring accuracy and smooth workflows. Maintain compliance with UK and Ireland payroll legislation, including PAYE, National Insurance, RTI, and P60 submissions. Proactively identify potential payroll issues and escalate them to the ADP team for timely resolution. Manage payroll adjustments, bonuses, overtime, and deductions, ensuring accuracy. Stay up-to-date with changes in UK and Ireland payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance. Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams, facilitate audits by providing necessary payroll records and documentation to auditors.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role, you will have extensive experience in payroll management, ideally within a global or international setting. Strong knowledge of UK payroll and ROI is desirable, Proficiency in ADP is preferred. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to support all payroll queries with employees at all levels.
