Our client, a building services and maintenance contractor specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Renewable services, is seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer.
The role involves servicing, maintaining, and diagnosing boilers and heating systems across commercial properties in the North West.
The salary for this position is up to £43,000 depending on experience, along with benefits such as a company vehicle, pension, and holiday entitlement.
Candidates must have ACS qualifications and a full UK driving license, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Our client is a building services and mainteannce contractor who specialise in Mechanical, Electrical and Renewable service, maintenance and installations. They operate on a wide range of commercial projects throughout the North West, with values ranging from £10k up to £2m. Due to continued growth they are looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team!

The Commercial Gas Engineer will be servicing, maintaining and diagnosing boilers, heating systems and plant room equipment throughout commercial properties, covering the North West.

Salary up to £43k DOE

Commercial Gas Engineer Job Overview

Carry out fault finding and repair of commercial plant room equipment, i.e.boilers, pumps, valves, vessels etc.
Conduct gas servicing in accordance with manufacturers/industry guidelines.

ACS Qualifications (CCN1, CPA1, CEN1, HTR1, WAT1, CKR1, CONLPGPD, CODC1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CDGA1)
Full UK Licence
Hold a DBS or be able to pass one
