Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safe installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial gas systems across various client sites. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong background in commercial gas engineering and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out installation, service, and maintenance of commercial gas systems, including boilers, heaters, and pipework.
Diagnose and repair faults effectively to ensure the safe and efficient operation of gas equipment.
Perform regular inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety standards and gas regulations.
Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with clients to address their needs.
Complete detailed service reports and paperwork accurately and on time.
Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency repairs as needed.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Gas Safe registered with commercial gas qualifications (e.g., COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, CDGA1).
Experience: Proven experience in commercial gas engineering, including installations, servicing, and fault-finding.
Strong knowledge of gas safety regulations and relevant health and safety standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid UK driving license (if travel between sites is required).
