About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Assess complex equipment and recommend major adaptations.

* Complete joint visits, collaborating with families and carers.
* Provide care and support to clients in their homes.
Essential Requirements
* Experience in complex equipment assessment and working with neurological patients.
* Car driver with the ability to travel borough-wide.
