Plasterer6 Months- Fixed Term£32,000Manchester

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Plasterer on a fixed term basis, for 6 months that could lead to a permanant position.

Responsibilities of the Plasterer include:

  • Working on tenanted social housing properties completing reactive repairs
  • Delivering plastering work and associated making good across the organisations housing stock
  • Utilising a PDA
  • Measuring and inspecting repairs, and ordering appropriate materials
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures

Requirements of the Plasterer includes:

  • UK Driving License
  • Previous experience working within social housing properties advantageous
  • Basic skills within a secondary trade
