Currently working with our client who are looking for plasterers to work on Social Housing properties, the work will be on voids and reactive maintenance
Position: Plasterer in Social Housing
Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on social housing properties.
- Skim, dot n dab, full re plaster, dry lining
- Work on void properties to ensure they are ready for new tenants.
- Collaborate with the maintenence team to uphold quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social housing plastering.
- NVQ qualification in Plastering.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Clean driving license.
- Able to use a PDA
