Are you a Sales Estimator with a background in interior design or Bathroom/ Kitchen design or similar looking for a role within a leading laboratory furniture manufacturer that invests in employee training, offers limitless progression and is looking to grow and maintain its place as the UKs industry leader?
On offer is an incredible opportunity to join a Manchester-based company that is making waves in the manufacturing of laboratory furniture and equipment. This company supplies to independent schools, universities, the pharmaceutical industry, and even the Ministry of Defence. Established nearly 30 years ago, they have been recognized with The Queen's Award for Enterprise in International Trade.
In this varied role, you will first develop an in-depth knowledge of all products manufactured within the company before dealing with sales enquiries that come in through phone call or email, you will be communicating with the external sales teams, Architects and clients to ensure that everything is scheduled in a timely manner- including the transport and installation of any laboratory equipment. The role will also require you to prepare quotations and create room design drawings using design software such as AutoCAD.
This position is ideal for a Sales Estimator with a background in interior design or similar looking to step into a role that offers endless progression, company benefits and training in a Mon-Fri role.
The Role:
- Preparing Quotations and Designing CAD Drawings
- Liaising with External Sales Teams, Architects and Clients to Address Queries
- Logging Enquiries and Dealing with Logistics
The Person:
- Design/Estimating Experience (Furniture/Bathrooms/Interiors)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong Organisational and Management Skills
