Compliance Administrator vacancy.Axon Moore have exclusively partnered up with an organisation who are looking for an experienced Compliance Administrator to join their team. Specialising in the digital sector, we are looking for an experienced individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail. Main responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing compliance programs and procedures
  • Conducting compliance training for employees
  • Investigating potential compliance violations
  • Understanding and keeping up to date on all compliance-related regulations, best practices, and company policies
  • Assisting with audits and new processes for another area of the business
  • Maintaining records of complex contracts and compliance activities
Ideally you will have experience in the following:
  • Supporting payroll
  • Assisting with maintaining complex contracts – especially those that fall inside/outside IR35/ public sector and MSP’s
  • Worked with CRM systems previously
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • A high level of attention to detail
