Compliance Coordinator

Your new companyHays are recruiting for a permanent Compliance Coordinator for a Manchester City Centre based business. This role is fully office based Monday- Friday. Your new roleThe successful candidate will manage and support the compliance team, you will assess risks, analyse sales, ensure sales are compliant, assess sales calls, conduct investigations, oversee quality control, implement compliance procedures, monitor and spot check individuals, conduct spot checks on emails, letters, documents, conduct internal audits, report and present findings to senior management. What you'll need to succeedYou will be an excellent communicator, you will have strong attention to detail, you will have senior experience in compliance, you will be organised, you will be able to provide constructive feedback, you will manage a range of compliance issues, you will be comfortable providing support and feedback to improve processes.
