The Position:

?? Domestic & commercial assets compliance management, including gas, electrical, fire, asbestos, and water safety.

?? Procurement, tendering, and contract management.

?? Proven ability to handle asbestos data, surveys, and management plans.

?? Experience in dealing with customers and resolving complaints.

?? Budget management expertise.

?? Submits business cases and secures funding for property investment.

?? Knowledge of CDM regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

?? In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation and the ability to respond to regulatory queries.

?? BOHS P405 Management of Asbestos in Buildings certification or willingness to obtain within 12 months (provided).

?? Level 4 VRQ Diploma in Asset and Building Management or willingness to obtain within 12 months (provided).

?? Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
