Job Title: Compliance Officer - Scientific Industry

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks.
- Develop and implement compliance programs and training for staff.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies as required.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and advise management on necessary actions.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Science or equivalent relevant experience
- Previous experience in a compliance role, preferably within the scientific industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
