What you will be doing as the Compliance Team Leader:
- Managing and driving a team of Compliance experts
- Ensuring a compliant business environment across a range of governing bodies
- Conformance monitoring - internal and external
- Validation checks / onboarding checks
- Financial governance
- Monthly reporting to senior management
What you need to bring as the Compliance Team Leader:
- Experience of business processes and systems
- Proven ability to deal with clients at all levels
- Vision and focus - set to achieve goals
- Drive and confidence
- Full understanding of the need for compliance
- Leadership skills
