Our client is seeking a Planning Coordinator to join their dynamic team. What you'll do:

As a Planning Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our operation. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the HR Advisory, Policy and Documentation department operations through effective planning and scheduling. You will also be responsible for overtime planning and scheduling, ensuring that the overtime scheduled meets the forecasted demand and is in line with the departmental budget. Additionally, you will create, maintain, and develop operational reports to give an overview of performance, forecasts, and resource.

* Administer effective planning and scheduling in line with forecasts and departmental needs.

* Act as a subject matter expert in all things scheduling.

* Responsible for overtime planning and scheduling.

* Liaise directly with colleagues within the department and across other areas of the business.

* Work closely with your immediate team to deliver on departmental objectives.

* Create, maintain and manage the shift schedules and staffing rotas.

* Plan and schedule overtime requirements.

* Create, maintain and develop operational reports.
