Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning function for large-scale development projects, overseeing all aspects from inception through to completion.
- Prepare and manage planning applications, ensuring compliance with local policies and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, stakeholders, and planning consultants.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project progression.
- Provide strategic planning advice and support to the development team, contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
- Manage the pre-application and consultation process and advise on any potential challenges.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of planning policies, development trends, and legislative changes.
What You'll Need:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Town Planning or related field.
- Experience in a planning role within the residential, commercial, or mixed-use development sectors.
- A strong understanding of planning legislation, policy, and the development process.
