The successful applicant will join our Manchester hub, helping them resource and clear suitable candidates for our partner school locations.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Resourcing & Compliance Officer to join our North West region. You will work alongise a Partnership Executive & Assistant Partnership Manager to support with candidate attraction & compliance for the team. The team offer a combination of working from home and from our office space in Manchester. They work together twice a week as a minimum but other days are flexible. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the candidate pipeline
  • Effectively headhunting for candidates via online databases
  • Advertise vacancies through various job boards and social media channels
  • Attending job & university fares
  • Collaborating with the wider partnership team in order to develop new and existing candidate attraction strategies
  • Provide an excellent candidate care journey to all of our candidates
  • Guide candidates through the full registration process
  • Ensure candidates are fully vetted and compliant against DfE, Keeping Children Safe in Education and industry standards

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Some experience working in either a resourcing or compliance role previously
  • The confidence and motivation to work independently
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to network and devise new resourcing strategies
  • Motivation & drive to succeed and grow with the company
