Purpose of role:

The role of Aggregator Support Analyst is to support and assist in the day-to-day success of the company strategy across the Aggregators. As a Aggregator Support Analyst you  will be responsible for aggregator change, the on boarding of new brands and project delivery. Provide insight and recommendations for aggregator change, collate change specifications which have positive business and customer impacts. The Aggregator Support Analyst will also be responsible for liaising with external partners and managing the aggregator team inbox.   A self-starter is crucial to this role, having meticulous attention to detail and a confident and personable telephone and video conferencing manner. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment that has pressure to meet deadlines to achieve tangible results.

Key responsibilities & accountabilities: Aggregator Support Analyst

  • On-boarding of new brands onto the aggregators – completing technical packs, liaising with various business areas for a successful launch.
  • Co-ordinating requirements to align processes within the business.
  • Develop and execute change management plans to facilitate smooth transitions during organisational changes.
  • Engage with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels to communicate change requirements.
  • Monitor the progress of all change initiatives, gather feedback and make adjustments as needed.
  • Scope and release all new changes with the assistance from the aggregator support and test function."
  • Attend regular project meetings, providing RAG status updates. Demonstrating the ability to prioritise multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Document, version control and manage the aggregator mappings and filters, act as a conduit between our product owners and the aggregators.
  • Defaqto management – constant monitoring to ensure our offerings are strong and accurate. Benefits are correctly displayed on our aggregator journeys.

Act as a subject matter expert in your area, advising on aggregator requirements and potential solutions to any barriers.
