Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Power Platform and D365 Functional Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions, with a focus on functional consulting. The successful candidate will be a key player in transforming business requirements into dynamic, high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary functional consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable solutions.
Configure and customize D365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, etc.) and Power Platform applications (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Lead workshops and training sessions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Provide ongoing functional support, ensuring that users are equipped with the tools and knowledge to use the solutions effectively.
Work closely with the development team to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and meet business requirements.
Assist in the implementation, migration, and optimization of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Stay current with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices, providing insights to improve existing solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in functional consulting, specifically within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, particularly in Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations.
Experience with gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable technical solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and training.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment, balancing both client and internal requirements.
Experience with system integrations and data migration within D365 and Power Platform environments.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform would be a plus.
