As a successful Class Teacher, you will:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons to EYFS students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development.
  • Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and events.

Requirements for a Class Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFSurriculum.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Proficiency in classroom management techniques.
