Year 6 Teacher - Maternity Cover Opportunity

Tradewind is seeking a dedicated, passionate educator to join one of our partner schools in Manchester for a maternity cover role. Role Details:
- Location: Manchester
- Class: Year 6
- Duration: January 2025 - August 2025 (maternity cover)
- Schedule: Full time
- Pay: £130 - £190 per day (based on experience, with potential for higher rates)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver dynamic lessons aligned with the KS2 National Curriculum and the school's creative approach
- Scaffold age-appropriate learning to support each pupil's success
- Maintain detailed records, addressing learning gaps to ensure strong attainment
- Foster trust-based relationships with pupils and engage collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, key stage teams, and other staff
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong references demonstrating prior teaching experience
- Complete employment history on your CV
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide suitable references
