Are you an experienced and dynamic Primary Teacher looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a passionate and adaptable PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) Primary Teacher to join our dedicated team in Manchester. The Role: As a PPA Primary Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of the curriculum across different year groups and providing cover for teachers' planning, preparation, and assessment time. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering engaging and interactive lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
  • Following and adapting existing lesson plans to meet the needs of different classes
  • Providing support and guidance to students to ensure they make progress in their learning
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback, and recording achievements
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure continuity and consistency in teaching and learning
  • Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in primary schools
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching, with the ability to work across different year groups
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
  • A commitment to promoting high standards of teaching and learning
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
