Position Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Primary School Teacher to join our team at a mainstream school in Manchester, M9. As a Key Stage 1 (KS1) teacher, you will plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons to our students, assessing and monitoring their progress to ensure their academic and personal development. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that caters to the individual needs of all students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 students in a mainstream school setting
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that caters to the individual needs of all students
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the overall development and well-being of students
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required
Required Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Extensive knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong classroom management skills and ability to create a positive learning environment
