Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1/KS2 Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of our students, fostering a love of learning and supporting their overall development.
Responsibilities:
Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons for KS1/KS2 students
Adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning
Participating in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities
Supporting students' social and emotional development
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience teaching KS1/KS2 students
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessment methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
