Their dedicated staff work together to foster a positive and nurturing learning environment, ensuring each child reaches their full potential. They are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Year 6 Teacher to join our team on a long-term basis.
The Role:They are seeking an experienced and dedicated Year 6 teacher to take on a full-time role starting on 24th February 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting students in their learning, and ensuring they are well-prepared for the transition to secondary school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Provide a stimulating and supportive learning environment for all pupils.
- Monitor and track students’ progress, providing feedback and setting targets.
- Support the social, emotional, and academic development of each child.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support the needs of the students.
- Maintain effective classroom management.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.- ECT accpeted.
- Experience teaching Year 6, with a good understanding of SATs requirements.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for teaching and helping children reach their potential.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
