Reeson Education is seeking a passionate Primary Teacher for a full-time, long-term role in a welcoming primary school in the M24 area. The position involves teaching Lower KS2 (Years 3 to 4) and is set to start ASAP.

Primary Teacher Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Lower KS2 pupils, following the national curriculum.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support where necessary.
• Create exciting learning opportunities that cater to the needs and abilities of all students.
• Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
• Provide feedback to parents and guardians on pupil progress and development.

Primary Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in a primary school, particularly in Lower KS2 (desirable but not essential).
• A passion for primary education and a commitment to helping children achieve their full potential.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging and nurturing classroom environment.
• Enthusiasm for working with young learners and a desire to make a positive impact on their education.
