Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with behavioural needs.
  • Implement behaviour management plans and strategies.
  • Support students in developing social skills and emotional regulation.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to relevant stakeholders.
