About the Role:

Hays Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a primary SEN school in Trafford. This role involves working with primary-aged students who have complex learning difficulties. The successful candidate will support the students' educational and personal development, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with complex learning difficulties.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Monitor and record students' progress and provide feedback.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
