Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Primary School in Stalybridge, Tameside. This full-time, long-term role is perfect for individuals who are committed to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning atmosphere for Early Years students.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Support Learning Activities: Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
  • Individual Support: Provide one-on-one support to students who need extra help with their learning.
  • Classroom Management: Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Resource Preparation: Prepare learning materials and resources as directed by the class teacher.
  • Supervision: Supervise children during playtime, lunchtime, and other school activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate records of student progress and behaviour.
  • Communication: Liaise with parents, carers, and other professionals to support student development.
