Position: Full-Time Teaching AssistantLocation: Moston M40 Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday Pay: £85 - £100 per day About the Role:A dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant is required to support students aged 3-11 within a Mainstream Primary school. The school caters for Special Educational Needs (SEND) children within their SEND unit and are currently looking for passionate and experienced TA's to support within this unit. This full-time position involves working closely with students to provide tailored support, helping them reach their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.Key Responsibilities: Provide support to SEND students across a range of ages (3-11). Assist teachers with classroom activities and learning plans. Support students' academic, social, and emotional development. Help manage challenging behaviours with patience and understanding.Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Requirements: Experience working with SEND students is highly desirable.Strong communication and teamwork skills. Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children and young adults with special needs.
