Private Client Paralegal

The market leader for private client work has expanded their estate planning team due to the success of the department and the increased volume of casework. As such, they are looking to recruit Private Client Paralegals to assist their growing team.

This opportunity can be worked on a fully remote basis, or if preferred, Paralegals can attend an office in the UK, situated in the North West, Bristol, the West Midlands, and South Yorkshire.

Private Client Paralegal duties include:

  • Managing a caseload of Estate Planning work, ensuring relevant parties are updated with the completion of cases
  • Draft a variety of documents, including Wills with complex Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and other Estate Planning documents
  • Communicating with clients over the phone and email, providing great customer service

As the Private Client Paralegal, you will:

  • Have extensive previous experience drafting wills and advising clients on Private Client matters, particularly Wills and Trusts, either in an in-house or private practice setting
  • Be able to prioritise workloads and have experience in managing your own caseload
  • Be able to communicate with clients efficiently and effectively
