The Role:

As an Associate Director, you'll support the Regional Director of Planning to drive growth and awareness across the region. This is a senior, client-facing role where you'll lead business development efforts, manage key projects, and collaborate with the wider multidisciplinary team.

You'll work across sectors including Residential, Commercial, and Assets & Estates, with a strong focus on generating opportunities, building relationships, and delivering high-quality outcomes for new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading on client engagement, identifying new opportunities, and building lasting relationships.
  • Driving business development through networking, presentations, and tender submissions.
  • Managing major projects, ensuring delivery to a high standard.
  • Negotiating contracts with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Providing technical leadership and contributing expertise to multidisciplinary teams.
  • Leading client presentations and preparing detailed reports.
  • Expanding the company's profile and client base in the Northern region.
