Customer Solutions Manager Manchester (HGV)

We are recruiting for a Customer Solutions Manager on behalf of a leading commercial vehicle dealership in the Manchester area. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and professional individual with proven sales experience. The role focuses on promoting and selling a wide range of vehicles and associated products to a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling a complete range of new vehicles, including electric models.
  • Promoting the companys range of services, including labour hours, contract maintenance, leasing, and financial products.
  • Maximising profit on each sale while adhering to the companys sales methods and processes.
  • Expanding the customer base and improving market share within a designated sales territory.
  • Informing customers of all available options, including accessories, extended warranties, and other value-added products.
  • Actively seeking repeat and additional sales through prospecting, follow-up, referrals, and other available methods.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, with the ability to fully qualify customer needs.
  • A solid understanding of customer legislation, regulations, trade practices, and vehicle legislation.
  • Confidence in driving a variety of vehicles in a calm, safe manner.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential, with an HGV licence being desirable.
