Come in without the pressure of line management, but as one of the most senior members of the team, working alongside directors with the view to become the Head of Digital Analytics in the future. What you’ll be doingAs the technical specialist across tagging and implementation of digital analytics, you’ll be the go-to person to interact with marketing and operations across their strategic moves and helping set this up for the business. You’ll be playing a key part across analytics and ensuring that the company can track and measure everything across the digital customer journey in order to predict how clients will interact with the company.You’ll be involved in creating a unified digital analytics function, team and capabilities. In this role, you’ll be working to get implementation and tagging sorted throughout the business’s website and app. You’ll focus on leading and owning this and handling tagging and implementation, long and short-term.What experience you’ll need to apply
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience across tagging and implementation
  • Experience working across data layers and digital data
  • Google Tag Manager and GA4 experience is a must have
  • Experience with multiple tagging systems and tools
  • Experience and knowledge of HTML, JS and CSS
  • Strong knowledge of customer journeys and web usability
  • Experience working with digital products and processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working for an agency or similar environment, bonus for being involved in a centralisation project
