We are looking for two dedicated Stock Condition Surveyors to join a fantastic housing association in South Manchester. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in the Construction department, conducting thorough inspections and assessments of our properties.

Description
- Conducting thorough and detailed stock condition surveys
- Creating accurate and concise survey reports
- Identifying and reporting on any defects or maintenance issues
- Collaborating with the wider Construction team to schedule necessary repairs
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and standards
- Ensuring all work is conducted in line with health and safety guidelines
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to strategic planning
- Continually striving for excellence in all areas of property surveying
Profile
A successful Stock Condition Surveyor should have:
- A degree in building surveying or a related field
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and standards
- Experience of Stock Condition Surveys
