550 - 650/day + VAT

Hybrid working with 3 days on site in Manchester

I'm hiring for a Business Change and Readiness Lead for a key client in Manchester, who are embarking on a multi-national business transformation programme. They are looking to recruit a seasoned contractor with a strong business change background supporting large and complex programmes. This role will involve working with business leads, SMEs, leadership team, external vendors and the end users within the business, thus strong communications skills are key. This person will drive change impact assessment activities of the transformation programme to help the overall successful of the programme. Experience and skills required:

• Must have a demonstrable track record working as a Business Change and Readiness contractor
• Significant experience working on large and complex programmes
• PROSCI certified (and similar qualifications)
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Highly analytical with prior experience driving change impact assessments for organisations
• Ideally experience working in a multi-country or global project environment (working with BCMs in other countries)
