The role involves leading a team of up to 5 members, defining and delivering product strategy, and serving as the face of the product team for a major client.
Candidates must have extensive experience as a Lead Product Manager or Head of Product, along with client-facing experience with large-scale businesses.
The position offers a salary of up to £90k, with a performance bonus of up to 20%, and requires travel to locations such as Miami, Singapore, and Dubai 6-8 times a year.

Are you a Lead Product Manager/Head of Product looking for an opportunity to drive, shape and influence for a rapidly growing tech-led company?We are working with a B2B2C Travel company who looking for a Lead Product Manager to join the team during a period of growth & transformation within the product function. You will also be leading the team working with one their biggest clients; whom are a household name! As their Lead Product Manager, you'll be spearheading a team of up to 5 embedding product practises, defining & delivering the product strategy and being the face of the product team with this key account. Joining this company as the Lead Product Manager, will also provide you with the freedom and creativity to have the entrepreneurial mindset ; maturing process, better ways of working and allowing teams to have more transparency & ownership of their products.This role does have travel requirements to Miami, Singapore & Dubai around 6-8 times a year, this is non-negotiable.What's in it for you as their Lead Product Manager:

To be the successful Lead Product Manager, you need to demonstrate:

Extensive experience as Lead Product Manager/Head of Product; managing & coaching teams of up 5.
MUST have client facing experience working with large-scale businesses delivering products.
End-to-end product lifecycle experience and be able to demonstrate where you have enhanced/improved product ways of working.
