We specialise in high-quality garment manufacturing and the distribution of our own stock supported ranges to a wide customer base, whilst also supporting our customers with an experienced made to order supply chain.
Role Overview: We are seeking a commercially minded and experienced Garment Product Manager to oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to market launch. The successful candidate will work closely with our customers and be responsible for driving our own brand product strategy, ensuring alignment with market trends, and maintaining the highest standards of quality that the company is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Development: Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demand.
Customer Partnerships: The role will involve working directly with some of our key customers on their MTO requirements ensuring we are developing new opportunities with the customer. The candidate should look to identify and maximise commercial opportunities with our customers by supplying made to order garments and through the supply of our own stocked ranges.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
Performance Monitoring: Analyse product data and performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and inform future product iterations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive product development and successful market entry.
Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and cost-effectiveness.
Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to maintain the high standards throughout the production cycle.
Product Launch: Coordinate and execute product launches, including setting pricing strategies, creating marketing materials, and training sales teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textile Design, Business, or a related field is preferable.
4+ years of experience in product management / product developer role within the garment or textile industry.
Strong understanding of garment production processes and quality assurance.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for textiles and a deep understanding of current market trends.
