Description
The responsibilities for the Product Manager will include:
- Manage the end-to-end product development process, from initial concept through to product launch.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new product development opportunities for which the Society has permissions.
- Ensure all new and existing products comply with UK regulatory requirements
- Review the market for emerging trends and gaps to inform product strategies.
- Produce proposals and reports for management regarding new products or the performance of existing products.
- Provide training and support to sales teams and customer service representatives on new products and updates.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders.
Profile
A successful Product Manager - Financial Services should have:
- 3+ years experience in a product manager or propositions role within financial services - insurance experience in preferred.
- Demonstrated success in creating and launching customer-focused product propositions.
- Exceptional project management capabilities, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams
- Proven experience working with digital platforms and collaborating with technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in translating data-driven insights into practical strategies.
- Adaptable and highly effective in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities.
