The Role
The Product Manager role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of wealth management products. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position combines strategic vision with hands-on product development. The successful candidate will drive business growth through data-driven decision-making and customer-focused innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept to launch and beyond
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning
- Assist in annual product reviews to ensure regulatory compliance, including Consumer Duty
- Present product updates and roadmaps to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Required knowledge and experience:
- 3-5 years of Product Manager experience
- Strong understanding of wealth management products and financial technology
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Understanding of Consumer Duty principles and regulations
