Product Manager - Hybrid - Inside IR35 - 12 Month Contract

Harvey Nash is working with a Central Government organisation who are looking for a Product Manager on a 12 month contract.

This role is to support all phases of the delivery of the Contact Centre Project, which is in the process of awarding a contract to a new partner for a replacement Contact Centre solution. This project will replace the current aged Contact Centre Services.

Examples of outcomes to be supported are listed below

Development of end-to-end delivery plans including all owned services and integration's plus the ongoing management of partner delivery activities to these plans.
Support / Lead the delivery and testing of the replacement Contact Centre solution.
Leading on all owned service integration's through liaison between the new Contact Centre partner and any existing services providers, e.g., PCI Pal, Verint, etc.
