They are looking for someone who can solutionise various products within their Communications suite to their varied customer base. Therefore this position would entail:
- Responsibility for the Product Strategy and Roadmap concerning all relevant offerings within the suite
- Involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of the Product, from Presales, to Launch, to Aftersales
- Conducting market research and possessing a wide knowledge of the various offerings and sector
- Working in tandem with Presales, Sales and Marketing teams to work cross-collaboratively
Requirements...
- Experience working in the Telecoms/Connectivity/Communications space
- Experience working in Product Management, Presales, or Communications/UCaaS/Voice Consultancy positions
- Experience working across Communications/Voice solutions (VOIP, UCaaS/Unified Communications etc)
- They would consider Presales and Solution Architects with strong technical understanding
