Product Owner - Business Systems / Salesforce

Manchester - hybrid (3 days a week)

Salary : Up to £50,000 + benefits

We're looking for a Product Owner with Business Systems experience to join a forward-thinking organisation that is going through a period of growth due to continued success! This would be a problem solving, solution driven role where you will be dedicated to driving & enhancing business operations through innovative systems and technology (CRM).

Mainly focused around Salesforce, you'd partner with stakeholders & business users to streamline processes, address challenges and drive general efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand needs and pain points
  • Responsible for assessing current processes, identifying areas for improvements and developing solutions that align with wider business objectives.
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Own the end to end of an implementation
  • Solve product(CRM) related problems, making decisions around prioritisation and business deliverable - prioritising the product backlog
  • Assess, develop and priorities ideas to ensure that work aligns with the wider product strategy
  • Ensure that all change has an appropriate release plan including focused attention around communication. Making sure that you are able to measure success based on outcomes and adoption
