Our client, a leading player in their industry, is looking for a Project Manager to join their Innovation Team and drive the successful delivery of EPD, NPD, and other key business projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of assigned projects, utilising innovation and stage-gate processes.
  • Critical paths, RAID logs, and project tracking—escalating risks as needed.
  • Engaging stakeholders to align project and business objectives.
  • Preparing stage-gate decks and ensuring teams are equipped for successful launches.
  • Reviewing project outcomes and embedding lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Defining project mandates, scope, and success measures.
  • Resource planning, prioritisation, and process improvement alongside the PMO Lead.
  • Driving the adoption of effective project management techniques across the business.
  • Regular project updates, cost tracking, and alignment documentation.
  • Clear and concise communication to keep all parties informed and on track.
  • Neutral guidance and escalation support to ensure team alignment and progress.

You:

  • Familiarity with FMCG product development processes.
  • Clear and confident, able to manage updates and issues effectively.
  • Keeps track of critical information and ensures timely delivery.
  • Understands cost implications and focuses on delivering value.
  • Establishes trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capable of managing workloads and priorities independently.
  • Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Office 365, and MS Project.
  • Proven ability to challenge performance and motivate teams to achieve high results.
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex projects in dynamic environments.
