Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of assigned projects, utilising innovation and stage-gate processes.
- Critical paths, RAID logs, and project tracking—escalating risks as needed.
- Engaging stakeholders to align project and business objectives.
- Preparing stage-gate decks and ensuring teams are equipped for successful launches.
- Reviewing project outcomes and embedding lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Defining project mandates, scope, and success measures.
- Resource planning, prioritisation, and process improvement alongside the PMO Lead.
- Driving the adoption of effective project management techniques across the business.
- Regular project updates, cost tracking, and alignment documentation.
- Clear and concise communication to keep all parties informed and on track.
- Neutral guidance and escalation support to ensure team alignment and progress.
You:
- Familiarity with FMCG product development processes.
- Clear and confident, able to manage updates and issues effectively.
- Keeps track of critical information and ensures timely delivery.
- Understands cost implications and focuses on delivering value.
- Establishes trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Capable of managing workloads and priorities independently.
- Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Office 365, and MS Project.
- Proven ability to challenge performance and motivate teams to achieve high results.
- Demonstrable experience managing complex projects in dynamic environments.
