Saas Product Manager - Hybrid / Remote
[ Remote with some travel ]
This is a vacancy for a Product Manager, working for a Successful and Established Tech business who operate in the Hardware and Software Tech space. They have a broad UK presence, so you can be based anywhere - providing you are happy with occasional travel.
** This is not a startup or early stage tech company - this is an established business who are already proven and commercial succesful
You will be a conduit between Clients and Suppliers, managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver Tech Solutions and Internal projects.
Typical products and systems involve elements of IT, Hardware and Software, some which is developed internally and some of it via 3rd party suppliers.
You will have a good head for numbers and be able to justify the commercial model for technology, so this is not just a technical role, but a commercial one too.
Ideally, you will have experience in some of the following areas:
- Managing clients and supplier relationships to deliver tech projects / products
- UX and User research techniques for Saas
- Building end-to-end solutions, involving Software (Saas), Hardware, Communications and Security
- Researching new and emerging tech for feasibility and future proofing
- Working with Software developers - internal and external to deliver Web based products
- **Desirable** Some knowledge of Generative AI (for example OpenAI) and its uses in Automating emails and Customer Service requests, chatbots etc
- **Desirable** Knowledge or exposure to hardware including electronics - for example IOT, microprocessors, networking and communications links, wifi, bluetooth, STM32, ATMega, NXP, Mobile, etc
