Quality Analyst (Chemical Industry) Working 6.00am - 2.00pm Monday to Friday£29,000 - £35,000 depending on experienceChemical IndustryBased in Greater ManchesterPermanentWe are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our client's team in the chemical sector on a Permanent basis, working full-time from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday). This role is vital in maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring product safety through precise testing and analysis.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct raw material testing, pH testing, weight measurements, specific gravity checks, titrations, and other wet chemistry techniques on both Raw Materials and Finished Products.• Perform quality assurance tasks, including managing non-conformance results (NCR), addressing out-of-spec results, and conducting root cause analysis.• Investigate customer complaints to identify issues and implement corrective actions.• Collaborate with Product Development to ensure smooth transitions from development to production.Qualifications and Experience:• Proven experience in a similar role within the chemical or related industry - minimum of 3 years+.• Ideally a BSc in a Chemistry related subject or a HNC/HND with significant experience to back it up.• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.• Knowledge of laboratory testing techniques and quality assurance processes.• Effective problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
