We are looking for a Lead PMO Administrator to join our clients team, working on implementing the SAP 4 HANA programme.

Description

  • Owning the project repository for the SAP 4 HANA programme
  • Supporting the PMO Lead with administrative tasks, including resource management, plan maintenance, and programme governance
  • Coordinating project costs in collaboration with the Programme Finance Partner
  • Writing and maintaining programme governance documents
  • Collecting and managing timesheets for all contractors
  • Managing holiday bookings for the Programme Team and contractors
  • Organising project meetings as needed
  • Arranging travel for the Programme Team as required
  • Creating purchase orders, processing goods receipts, and reconciling invoices
  • Preparing and consolidating monthly progress reports

Profile

  • Will have experience with SAP 4 HANA.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • An ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
