We are looking for a Lead PMO Administrator to join our clients team, working on implementing the SAP 4 HANA programme.

Description
- Owning the project repository for the SAP 4 HANA programme
- Supporting the PMO Lead with administrative tasks, including resource management, plan maintenance, and programme governance
- Coordinating project costs in collaboration with the Programme Finance Partner
- Writing and maintaining programme governance documents
- Collecting and managing timesheets for all contractors
- Managing holiday bookings for the Programme Team and contractors
- Organising project meetings as needed
- Arranging travel for the Programme Team as required
- Creating purchase orders, processing goods receipts, and reconciling invoices
- Preparing and consolidating monthly progress reports
Profile
- Will have experience with SAP 4 HANA.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
